This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Focus Medica India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Digital Anatomy Atlas mobile application (“App”) for iOS devices. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service
The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, features, and associated intellectual property, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:
If the App contains medical, health, or educational content, such content is provided for information and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in the App.
If the App allows you to submit or store content, you are solely responsible for such content and for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. You agree not to use the App to transmit any harmful, unlawful, or offensive material, or to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the App or its services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services or content that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices. The Company may also suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or for in-app purchases during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, the updated Agreement will be made available within the App or on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
